Point delivery. No-interruption service
Safe. Secure. Green.
Once a confidential waste bin has been collected, it is taken to the secure destruction facility, where it is shredded to a level that makes it impossible to reconstruct or read any data from the shredded sheet. The shredded paper is then bailed with many thousands of other documents and recycled into paper, to be used once again helping with a cost effective, sustainable future. Contact us for a free quote.

Offsite Shredding
When we collect your confidential waste bin, we exchange it for an empty one straight away, so there is no interruption to your business. It is simply quick and easy, no-interruption, service.
Secure, Locked Bins
The bins are designed in such a way that no unauthorised access can be gained to the contents. The paper slot in the lid is large enough for the paper to be inserted but not large enough for a person’s hand. The bins are delivered locked and our staff do not have access to the keys.
Secure
Barcoded. Locked. Secure
The bins are designed in such a way that no unauthorised access can be gained to the contents. The paper slot in the lid is large enough for approx. 1/3 of a ream of standard paper to be inserted but not large enough for a person’s hand. The bins are delivered locked and our staff do not have access to the keys.
The keys to these bins are kept in a locked safe at the depot and are signed in and out when accessed by staff who hold the security clearance.
The individual numbers for these bins are printed on the customer delivery and collection dockets, this allows for you, the customer, to have sight of which bins are being delivered or collected and which bins are still on site. All of our secure shredding bins are barcoded and numbered to allow for ease of tracking throughout our system.
These individual identifiers are used for all paperwork pertaining to the delivery, collection and destruction of the contents of these bins. They can, therefore, be tracked throughout the entire process, from your office, to secure shredding site and back again to our central depots.
Tracked
Liveried trucks with satellite tracking
We operate a fleet of various sized vehicles; Luton vans, 7.5t trucks. 18t trucks and curtain siders. The majority of our fleet, with the exception of the curtain siders, have tail lifts to ease in the delivery of secure shredding/confidential waste bins.
No delivery or collection is too large or too small.
The vehicles that make up our fleet are all liveried with our logo and branding, so you will never be in doubt who is collecting your secure shredding/confidential waste bins.
All of our vehicles are satellite tracked and it is possible to see where they have been at any given time of day.
Our tracking system refreshes every 30 seconds, so we get up to the minute information on where our trucks are. All of our vehicles have immobilisers fitted, and our entire fleet conforms to FORS standards.
Security
Uniformed and security checked staff
All staff who carry out the delivery and collections of secure shredding/confidential waste bins are security vetted and DBS checked.
The addition of security cards adds to the peace of mind we offer all of our customers. They allow you, the customer, to know who is handling your data and be able to check authenticity by simply picking up the phone and speaking to a member of the head office staff.
Experience
Experienced staff
As a company, we have over ten years’ experience in point to point delivery and collection. Our staff are all experienced in this type of delivery and spend the majority of their working time in and out of offices.
We offer a point to point delivery service on all of our secure shredding/confidential waste bin services. We will deliver the bin directly to the required space in your office and collect it from there also, no need to bring it down to the loading bay.
If you are using the bins for a site clearance or annual clear out of document storage, we will deliver directly to the floor, room or storage container not just to the entrance. We can also collect them from here negating the need to move them to the entrance/loading bay yourself.
Transportability
Transportability
Our bins are designed to be easy to use. They sport and handle at the rear and a set of wheels. So if you are moving your office around or need access to a point obscured by the secure shredding/confidential waste bin, then you can simply roll it to a different part of your office.
When placed squarely on the floor, these bins will not roll about and will only move when you require them to.
That being said, they are large enough to hold 20,000 sheets of paper, and if someone you do not recognise as one of our staff were to try and remove the bin, they would not do so without drawing a considerable amount of attention to themselves. This is a major plus point over some of the smaller and more discreet confidential waste bins on the market.
Regular Monthly/Weekly Shredding Service
If you require the regular collection of your confidential waste for secure shredding, we can help. Our off-site shredding service collects the full bins and leaves new empty ones so there is no interruption to your regular service.
